Jennifer Power Art & Design, LLC is a freelance graphic design and fine art business. All products are handmade and/or designed by our makers.

PAYMENT TERMS

Products remain property of Jennifer Power Art & Design, LLC until the full payment is made. The prices are applicable to the date of purchase. Shipping costs and fees are recognized by the purchaser before confirmation. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Masetro are accepted. All payments are done through Wix Payments.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Jennifer Power Art & Design, LLC reserves the right, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Services, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

Jennifer Power Art & Design, LLC has the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer in stock or the customer does not pay in full.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns if contacted within 3 days of delivery. Please note: Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery, at the expense of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

While we do all we can to carefully package your order, on the very rare occasion damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will do all we can to remedy the situation.

If you have a problem with anything, please talk to us we will do all we can to make things right.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS with flat rate boxes or ground shipping. Please allow 1-3 days for items to ship. We know you are excited about getting your order so we will make sure to ship it as soon as possible.

We use recycled materials, packing, and boxes whenever possible for shipping.

Jennifer Power Art & Design, LLC is a small, local business with all products made by hand in the USA. We don't respond well to threats and fits. If you have a problem with a product purchased, please treat us with respect and we will work with you. We respect our fellow human beings, and if you don’t treat us with that same kindness, we will be very strict about our policies.
